Shipping Information

Shipping Time Frame Information:

Merchandise will be processed and shipped 3-5 business days (not including Holidays or Weekends) from the day payment is received unless an unforeseen emergency occurs. If there is an emergency and shipping is delayed the purchaser will be contacted via email and/or text by Talented Friends Boutique.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to the purchaser when merchandise is shipped.  

Shipping Rates

For orders under $100.00 (not including sales tax) a flat rate shipping charge of $8.00 for USPS Regular Ground Shipping within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

For orders over $100.00 (not including sales tax), that qualify, we ship for FREE with in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. The qualification for FREE Shipping is orders must be of total of 95% regularly priced items. Orders that include sale merchandise and the total of regular priced merchandise does not make up at least 95% of your total order shipping will be charged based on weight of package. 

We ship through USPS Mail with a tracking number on all packages in the US to the address you provide when you are checking out.

We highly recommend all customers purchase Route Shipping Insurance.  Route Insurance ensures protection of customers shipment in case of lost, stolen, or damaged.  In the event that your package is lost, damaged or stolen, Route will either send a new order out to you or reimburse you for the totality of what you’ve paid (minus the fee you’ve paid for Route). With Route Shipping Insurance if a claim needs to be submitted it is verified. and Route will send a new package or reimburse the customer within 24 hours. If a customer opts out of purchasing Route Shipping Insurance then the following will be in effect.

Shipping of Footwear (Regular Price and Sale Price)

Shipping of one pair of shoes: 

Shoes will be mailed/shipped with the box

Shipping of more than one pair of shoes:

One or more than one pair of shoes will be mailed/shipped without the a box or the original box.  If the customer prefers the shoes be mailing/shipping with a box or the original box they will be responsible for exact mailing/shipping charges.

Shipping of Oversized Items:

The Customer will be responsible for the exact shipping costs of Purses, Hats, and other items that are oversized that are requested to be mailed/shipped. 

LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. 

If you give us an incorrect address you are responsible for contacting the USPS to provide them with a correct address or to redirect your package. 

The customer will be responsible for all additional costs to have package redirected to new address.  For more information on how to intercept a package and have it shipped to a new address click here: https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm 

 It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us IMMEDIATELY if you incorrectly enter it on your order OR if you move before your package is mailed.

In the event, that your package is lost due to incorrect address you, the customer, are responsible for filing a missing item report with the USPS.   Talented Friends  is not responsible, so make sure to include the correct address!!!

Please Note if  your package is lost or missing, you, the customer,  will need to file a MISSING ITEM Report from www.usps.com or you can contact them at 1-800-ASK-USPS.   They will conduct an investigation that can take up to 20 days. 

Talented Friends will provide you with any information that you will need such as Shipping Address, Ship Date and Tracking Number.  It is up you, the customer, to file the claim with the USPS.
