Our Return Policy
We have a limited number of each style featured online and because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. Luckily, If the right size in the right style is available, we will gladly exchange the item.
At Talented Friends Boutique, we want your shopping experience to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you ordered, but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible.

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, contact us within 2 business days of receipt of your order so we can get that mishap taken care of for you!
Here's a quick rundown of our return policy:
• Items can be returned within 14 business days will be for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds.
• Items are eligible for return only if it is:
• un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and has the original tags still attached.
• free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
• it is received within 14 days of the ship date.
If your return does not meet all of the above criteria, please do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.
• ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL and are not eligible for return.
• Any item purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
• Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
• Please request a return merchandise form by emailing us.
• Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our boutique.
To return an item:
All we need you to do is fill out the return form that can be requested via email and slip it into the package with the item you are returning with original tags. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or mishandled in the return process. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
Once our favorite postman delivers your return, we will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! We will notify you at the email address you provide to confirm we have received the returned merchandise and your store credit information.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via email, email@example.com or 325-895-0037 during business hours.
Here are a few things to remember about your store credit issued a gift card sent via email. If we missed anything just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org
• If you have your eye on that must-have maxi and it’s a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. Pssst… it’s totally worth it!
• Store Credit never expires, but we doubt you’ll hold onto it for very long!
• Your use of the store credit constitutes your agreement to our terms and conditions.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Once we initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see a top that makes your heart stop? Well, we have. Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Place a new order for that can’t miss item and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order and this additional order. Just email us at email@example.com and include both order numbers in your message.

We urge you to please take extra caution when opening your packages as we can't be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.
****Please also note that any STORE-WIDE SALES are FINAL SALES as we are trying to move merchandise to make room for new items! Keep this in mind while purchasing during our sales. We will not accept any returns from store-wide sale events.****
